Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Answering calls
Answering customers quieries
Helping team work loads
Helping with any office work that needs doing throughout the department
Dealing with complaints and complaint calls
Sometimes depending on your skills youll be asked to help with other roles within your current role such as working hires, fatalties, aged debt and much more.
Daily interactions tend to be with customers. team mates, Third parties and third party insurers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
My job i enjoy certain aspects but not as a whole.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
For example i have gained much more self confidence within myself and gained much more in depth analytical skills.
Skills i have developed on are things such as team work, interpersonal skills and being able to use my own initiative.
I have done the financial skills apprenticeship which has allowed me to develop these skills but mostly ive learnt these from being on the floor.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
There is also social events as a department we do but organised ourselves not through work such as going out drinking on mad friday or sometimes in teams we do team nights out.
