Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Supporting the development team across a variety of service lines including valuation, consultancy and agency. Work has typically included site visits, valuation comparable analysis, marketing collateral creation and report writing.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The wider team were excellent in giving me accessibility and insight into the various service lines within the Savills UK business. Daily seminars were held to give information into what a 'day in the life' would look like within these disciplines. These were all incredibly informative.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Absolutely. I've been exposed to a variety of new software packages including ARGUS, Land Insight and Promap. I've also developed skills in analysis, report writing and management of stakeholders.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Great people to be around. All very focused, bright and hard working but keen to maintain a social element to what they do despite the challenges of Covid-19.
