Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
A mixture of insight sessions, practice area work, trainee recruitment standardised tasks, social events, team meetings.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very informative across the board - due to lots of info sessions we even heard from the managing and senior partner.
Learnt from my trainee buddy and got a direct insight into their day-to-day life.
Shadowed my principal who was an associate so learnt about her role too.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture is what stood out to me most - everyone was so welcoming, inclusive, and friendly, and because of this open and collegiate culture, I learnt more and was involved with more work. I really felt like I was part of the team, which was very unique.
