Level Up Insight Programme Review

There were designated sessions throughout the two days that gave an enhanced insight into the lines of service and the opportunities available at WTW. As well as this, several networking sessions took place with previously successful level up participants which gave a strong understanding into the ethos at WTW. Finally, there were also workshops that provided useful career advice such as interview tips.

It was enlightening to understand the various areas of the business and the possible roles available, particularly through learning about the necessary skills required for each position and the typical tasks a WTW employee would face on a day-to-day basis within these posts.

I had enhanced my communication skills by interacting with others on the programme, but I had also developed my problem solving skills through the tasks provided in specific sessions.

The atmosphere of the programme was very supportive and engaging, as there were ample opportunities to communicate with WTW employees. Their articulate communication clearly demonstrated the values of WTW, such as respect and excellence.

I thoroughly enjoyed the programme, as it helped me significantly improve my soft skills and recognise the next steps to advance my career.
