Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The WTW Level Up Insight Programme was a two-day spring internship designed to introduce participants to the consulting and advisory functions of the firm. Each day included structured workshops on client excellence, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. Participants engaged in interactive sessions on active and empathetic listening, developed their personal brand, and received STAR-based interview training. The programme also featured networking opportunities, a careers fair across WTW’s lines of business, and a team-based strategy challenge judged by WTW consultants, in which I placed 1st out of 50+ participants.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was insightful to explore WTW’s diverse business areas, especially consulting, pensions, and tech. Hearing directly from employees across departments helped me understand the day-to-day responsibilities and the skills valued in each role, allowing me to better align my interests with potential career paths.
