Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
On day 1 of this virtual insight programme, we had sessions on problem solving, inclusion and diversity, leadership keynote speaker, networking and panel discussions. On day 2 there were sessions on client excellence, the STAR approach in interviews, personal branding and a mini careers fair.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The mini careers fair with each line of business was particularly useful for understanding the different careers and skills required for each of these roles.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was very inclusive and it was particularly beneficial to interact with people high up in the business. Connections were fostered face to face virtually and on LinkedIn
