Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight was phenomenal. It did not hold back any necessary information, and provided a thorough understanding of WTW as a company, and importantly (in learning about their values), as a brand. Despite it being a virtual experience, it was so immersive that it felt much like an in-person experience, and the experience challenged us to utilise and develop the skills expected of employees of WTW. I would greatly recommend it.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It felt transformative. It was very exciting to finally unearth the insurance and risk industry, and speak to individuals that actually work in this sector.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight. It provided us with entertaining and interactive sessions, and practical knowledge both to be applied to the insurance industry and applying to WTW, but also for applications in general.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW
I would advise those applying to be themselves. That is the number 1 piece of advice they gave us. I'd also advise you to go in open minded. I did so, and I was hugely impressed.
