Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I recently took part in the WTW 2-day virtual work experience—also known as the Level Up Insight Programme—and it was a fantastic glimpse into life at a global professional services firm. Over just two days, I got to explore areas like personal branding, inclusive leadership, and client excellence, all through interactive sessions that kept me engaged the whole way through.
What really stood out to me was hearing from WTW professionals across different business lines—it gave me such a well-rounded perspective on the company and the various career paths available. The emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and personal development made the experience even more meaningful.
By the end of the programme, I felt more confident about navigating professional environments, and I left with a much clearer picture of what a career at WTW could look like. Honestly, for anyone considering consulting, risk management, or actuarial roles, this is such a valuable opportunity.
