Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day 1 of the insight programme included modules about problem solving (root cause analysis), inclusion and networking.
Day 2 involved modules on client excellence (active and empathetic listening), interview practice (STAR method), and personal branding with a mini careers fair meeting people across all different LoBs.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I realised that there was so much on offer at WTW and that my degree did not matter too much, as long as I have the right soft skills and do well in the recruitment process with an avid interest in the industry.
