Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Leant some key skills such as STAR method, client excellence and problem solving skills. Had the opportunity to take part in interactive activities such as a roleplay and interview activity.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
We had the opportunity to have a mini careers fair and got insight into the different lines of businesses.

I developed my team work skills by working with others. I developed my problem solving skills by learning the root cause analysis problem solving skill. I learnt how to ace client excellence through active and empathetic listening.
