Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I run a couple of projects on a daily basis which involves multiple tasks:
- Forecasting - reports showing the planned forecast which aligns to the programme and updates on monthly periods
- Change management - in terms of core scope changes or external scope additions
- Risk management - Potetial risks which could harm the project - or eliminations of existing risks - through meetings with the PE and PM on the project
- Applying for payment - whether its an internal/external client
