Systems engineering concepts, including the V cycle, requirements analysis and breakdown of higher level requirements.This includes work on software models and improving software capability.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, I was given tasks with hard deadlines that needed to be met due to upcoming design reviews.

I have worked and learnt numerous new software tools, including Teamcenter, Matlab, Simulink, Jira and Confluence. I have also developed my existing my knowledge of Systems Engineering that I learnt at university

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The culture demanded a high quality of work in a high pressure project. The atmosphere and the people within the office were extremely welcoming and created a productive work environment.
