Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Technical Document Drafting, Shop Visit Reports that entail a detailed hardware review of disassembled engines CFM and GE90, Test Defect Tracking and Process Improvement, Consultation with Design Engineers for defect acceptability, Tabletop of hardware with customers
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, alot of accountability and ownership opportunities were present. Work team quite supportive and encourage independent working. Several initiatives were mostly self managed with supprotive advise from team members as and when needed. Self driven placement

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
So much that i talk about how great the placement was to literally anyone who asks. However this is job role entails the placement to be ambitious so that they are proactive to go and grab opportunities. It is important to recognize oneself so that the team can nudge you in the right direction.
