Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Getting involved in typical trainee tasks across two different teams over the two weeks. Networking and information sessions most days, as well as opportunities to attend socials.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I was given a very authentic insight into the role of a trainee at the firm, as well as the work that associates do. I got to get involved with typical trainee tasks and hear from colleagues at all levels across the firm.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

From day one we were included at the firm. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and there was a true sense that they wanted you to develop and grow your knowledge. It did not feel like there was a hierarchy, everyone was equally approachable and no question was too much.
