Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I was responsible for drafting commercial agreements, negotiating these with customers/suppliers and ensuring internal projects complied with governance requirements. I also completed a lot of bid work. This involved writing emails, attending meetings and engaging with cross functional stakeholders.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was often leading on projects or responsible for drafting and agreeing documents with oversight from a team member. At certain points in my placement I was leading on managing several different commercial agreements with a range of different customers/suppliers.
