Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My daily role is managing the use of two 3d printers which support new projects for the NPI team. I have a large responsibility in organising and prioritising the prints to ensure targets are met. My role also includes writing documents to support the manufacturing team, getting involved with the manufacture of our products and collaborating with other functions to ensure goals are met.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I have been trusted with a variety of things, so I can confidently say I have been given responsibility of important tasks.
