Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
• Providing support to the data & analytics manager
• Assisting in the collection, validation and analysis of data to support site objectives
• Assisting in the preparation of clear and insightful presentations
• Actively participate and support in LEAN/Kaizen events
• Assist in the development, test and deployment of analytical dashboards/tools/reports including the maintenance of existing capabilities
• Ad-hoc data request & analysis
• Analytics research & training
• Intern program & improvement project
• Establishing credibility and developing relationships with key stakeholders

Excel VBA coding, Macro creation, conditional formatting, SQL Querying, SQL integration into excel, Pivot tables and data dashboard creation. Lean principles for root cause identification, fishbone diagram, 5 why's. Time management, Technical presentations, project management, communications, problem solving.
