Working on new product development - Liasing with cross-functional teams - Briefing in assets and working on campaigns - Supporting with photoshoots - Team Innovation meetings
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes. I was the project lead of a new product alongside many other opportunities. I felt very valued in my team.

I had 1-1s with my Line Manager weekly. I attended many training programmes and shadowed many colleagues. Everyone is welcoming and supportive to help you learn more about the whole business.
