Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Lab based role involving formulating with new technologies to aid design of future products. Characterisation of these new technologies and formulations for performance testing.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Responsibility was given gradually over the course of the placement. Initially shadowing other members of the team until comfortable with the role requirements before being given independent projects.

Skills I have developed include, communication and presentation skills when interacting with those in higher positions. Additionally, development of initiative, tenacity and independence.
