Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Attended a two-day insight scheme at A&O Shearman featuring workshops on commercial awareness, legal tech, and ESG. Gained hands-on experience with ContractMatrix, explored pro bono and innovation initiatives, and engaged with lawyers across key practice areas through panels and networking sessions.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was eye-opening to see the breadth of roles available and how each contributes to the firm’s success. Learning from trainees, associates, and partners clarified the varied career paths and highlighted the collaborative, international nature of the firm’s work.
