Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
4 day insight with assessment centre on the last day.
First day comprised more general overviews of global banking and markets, followed my networking practise and strength training.
Second and third days covered technical training in valuation methods, how to read the financial times, and overviews from more specific divisions.
A networking evening on the third day.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was insightful to talk to people from all areas of the bank, and they explained their day to day work in ways that we could understand as beginners.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Culture was very positive. All employees had genuine enthusiasm for working here, and there are programmes set up to support the attraction and retention of women in the industry.
