Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Overall really insightful and inspiring. The training on valuation is intense yet informative with the coach being very patient in answering all our questions. We also had training on networking and strength finding on the first day which I found very helpful as well. The speakers from different divisions in global banking all shared their views and perspectives, which I found interesting because before I came, I do not what they entail specifically and now I have a basic understanding of them.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I had the opportunity to know about what the culture at BNPP is like from various sources ranging from analysts to mds and I find a workplace atmosphere like this very desirable. Individual growth, collaboration between people and good work-life balance was highlighted.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Technically speaking, I gained valuation skills and excel skills. As for soft skills, I believe I had become more communicative and confident with expressing my opinion.
