First Year Programme attendee Review

Across two days we met with numerous teams across the firm whom explained their journeys, their day to day work commitments on the team and we had the opportunity to ask questions around their practise areas. We received a vast amount of information which would allow us to make an informed decision about potential interest areas.

We had teams from different areas, it was a wide range which allowed us to see the broad cases that the firm works on. We learned about international relations with other offices and how the co-exist. It was an eye opening experience to visualise the vast quantity of personel that work together to complete cases and deals .

Networking skills amongst a professional environment with students and working professionals. Improvement in attention to detail based on workshops, presenting to us how crucial team working and checking of work is in the field.

The recruitment team, trainees and external speakers were an excellent support network during the event .
Everyone was happy to answer questions or seek answers if they were unsure.
My assigned trainee buddy was extremely helpful and friendly too.
