Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
There were presentations by employees from different practice areas, diversity networks, and levels. There were employability workshops and networking opportunities as well.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very informative and I enjoyed being able to ask questions whenever I had one. It was a smaller cohort and firm so I could have deeper and more personal interactions with the employees at Fieldfisher.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was very friendly and relaxed, everyone was open and happy to share about their experiences. It was also quite informal, which was nice to see.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed it very much because many aspects of the firm were covered. It was great learning about the fee-earning as well as non-legal parts.
