Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The scheme lasted for two days, with the first day covering ESG and diversity networks as well as networking with trainee solicitors, while day two gave an insight into various departments alongside there being a presentation exercise and an early careers advice session. On the evening of the first day there was a social activity with representatives from the firm which gave an opportunity to socialise and network in an informal environment.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The insight scheme was useful in outlining the firms operations and career opportunities and provided valuable insights which made me feel confident in applying to the firm in the future.

Yes, the scheme provided a comprehensive overview of the firms values, practice areas and culture. I received useful applications advice to use in the future and have deepened my understanding on medical negligence law and regulatory law in particular.
