Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The BNP Paribas Spring Insight Programme provided a comprehensive overview of the Global Markets and Global Banking divisions through interactive presentations, technical training by Training the Street, and business skills workshops with Mind Gym. The programme included networking opportunities with professionals, division deep dives, and preparation for the final day Assessment Centre for the 2026 Summer Internship. Key highlights included skills development, real-world financial training, and gaining insight into various banking functions like Advisory and Debt Markets.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Understanding the business and potential roles at BNP Paribas was insightful and engaging. The sessions offered a clear overview of the bank’s structure, its core divisions, and the varied career paths within Global Banking and Global Markets. Hearing directly from professionals helped demystify complex roles, making it easier to identify areas of interest. It was a valuable opportunity to explore where my skills could fit and how I could contribute to the firm

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight programme; it was both informative and inspiring.
