We came in, and we had a lot of skills building sessions as well as panel talks from people in industry.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was really good, and because they picked specific niches within the industry. The speakers explained really well what they do, how it relates to other departments and sectors too

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

You can see BNPs values and qualities shine throughout everything they do. Much chattier people than other banks, and could really see the passion and the cause.
