Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

During the Insight Programme, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Jefferies’ culture and explore its various business areas. Through case studies and simulations, you will gain practical, hands-on experience of what it’s like to work as an investment banker.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was amazing to understand different teams in the investment banking division and find something that you are genuinely passionate about.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Great culture! Really flat and entrepreneurial culture, everyone is nice and supportive and willing to share insightful advice with someone in their career exploration stage.
