Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

We took part in many workshops, case studies and lectures. We were able to learn what it was like to be an analyst at Jefferies and what the job entails. Everyday we had talks from employees at multiple levels and were able to ask questions.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was extremely interesting and we were given a lot of information about what the job entails.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It was a great atmosphere. We learnt about the flat structure of the company aswell as how integrated every level of employee is with the other.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I thought it was a fantastic insight programme. I learnt a lot and was able to ask questions I had. I feel like I learnt what I needed about the industry in a very productive way.
