I have gained new skills such as creating transactional maps using Edozo and GOAD, compiling and managing Excel spreadsheets, utilising AI tools like Copilot to enhance team efficiency, understanding business rates and zonal valuations, and conducting property inspections. Furthermore, I have improved my knowledge of deal-making processes, communication strategies during negotiations, and the dynamics of various London sub-markets.
