Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Within the internship, a lot of client calling was done. Updates in regards to the Terminal needed communicating. A lot of learning and training was done. Also, responding to client queries via live chat.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Projects were given, which entailed a lot of responsibility. Additionally, we had to call specific clients on a weekly basis.
