- Performing tasks, assignments and projects required by the members of my desk
- Shadowing members of my desk and members within other areas in the bank
- Preparing trade ideas every week

I was given significant responsibility on my first desk and slightly less on my second.

I’ve developed networking skills from shadowing people within the bank

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company values teamwork and people skills a lot. It encouraged a fulfilling, non competitive relationship between the interns and the members of the bank were approachable and eager to answer our questions.
