Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Global markets with different streams: Trading, Sales, Structuring, Research across different desks with different asset classes and products
As an intern, design automation to assist desk, carry out individual research projects eg machine learning on a topic.
Shadowing and networking different desks to get to know more people and what different desks do, as the product and nature of each desk differ a lot
Overall, learn a lot of technical knowledge and get to enhance interpersonally skills
