Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My main task was to do site visits and observe different roles of team members. Ask questions, taking notes and finally write a report on the observations.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
The responsibilities i had during placement, it was manageable on my part. And i believe in pushing myself to excellence. Hence, i worked towards achieving the objectives and became quite successful.

My time management got improved. I have managed to efficiently plan site visits ahead. I have seen some new softwares in work. My networking and communication skill also got improved.

There were enough guidance and support throughout the placement. I could ask anyone questions, get their advice and feedback. That really helped my experience in the company amazing.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company culture was great in short. I got to work with people with different Educational background, ethnicity, language etc. It was inclusive and the atmosphere was friendly and supportive.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I would say i enjoyed my time in my placement to the fullest. I would have done some things differently for better time management. but overall it was a good experience for me to spend time in industry and have practical knowledge of my field.

I would say, just apply. You can find any role despite your educational background and contribute to the team. The HR team is very helpful and you can get all the help you need to make your time in industry enjoyable and impactful
