Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
On a day-to-day basis, I sat in on client meetings, was assigned work by my principal, trainee buddy and other trainees from my team. I also had frequent coffee chats and completed the assigned tasks throughout the scheme.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was inspiring and eye-opening to learn about all the possibilities available to us and the development trajectory available - it has motivated me to be the best lawyer I can be.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was extremely inclusive and collegiate - I felt that everyone was genuine and happy to help and have coffee chats.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I loved the insight and found that it was a huge learning opportunity - I felt like I was a part of the team and loved the opportunities available such as attempting trainee tasks and networking.
