Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Ticket Tracker
Monitoring case management - Supporting Business Partners in drafting letters for disciplinaries, Grievances, Return to work, flexible working agreement etc.
Organising induction and training.
Raising tickets for blue collar workers.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes - I am responsible for Training and induction organising this and making sure the correct people attend and keeping track of attendance.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Such a friendly environment, everyone is very welcoming and happy to provide guidance and support where they can. Furthermore, each week we have a team social for half an hour which I think is really goo for moral
