Overall, how would you describe your experience at Worcester Bosch Group?
I enjoyed working as a Sales Operations Graduate, being treated as a vital member of the team and having autonomy in my tasks to carry out actions as I saw fit. Working as a part of two teams, my workload was varied and busy!
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Responding to customer/ merchant queries, assisting the Sales Teams with tasks as well as developing my skills on SAP in addition to general skills in Excel, Powerpoint etc.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I was treated as an equal for the most part by the team and trusted to carry out my work without constant supervision.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Being allowed to work remotely from Home on a hybrid contract allowed for potential costs of travelling the 20 or so miles to work to be limited to just 3 days a week. In addition to the flexibility in days allowed, this hybrid work never felt like I was disconnected to the team as Teams allowed constant communication.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

I developed key skills and learnt new ones such as delivering long term projects on a timescale in a corporate setting. This has proven a valuable stepping stone for my current employment at Worcester Bosch.

My direct team and manager were both responsive and more than willing to help with any issues I had, the wider company felt somewhat disconnected due to the global nature of the business.
