Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My daily role is very varied. It can include; Service Charge Budgets and Reconcilliations, Tenant Queries, Lease Reviews, On site visits, Client meetings and much more. The role offers a chance to network with all areas of the company and my team all work together to help each other succeed.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have been given almost complete autonomy, whilst still having a line manager which I can rely on for advice and support if ever needed. This autonomy has increased in line with the great training I have received.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes absolutely. Coming into the role having not studied real estate, I have learnt so much from simple things like understanding leases, to being confident with clients/tenants and sorting budgets, reconcilliations and arrears.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture at Savills is extremely supportive and they heavily encourage grads and placemnet students to continue to progress with th company. The culture is also inclusive and respectful to people from all backgrounds.
