Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My role involves negotiating lease terms with tenants and landlords. Marketing new properties and finding properties to suit our clients. Adding new requirements to our schedule to ensure we target specific occupiers on specific properties. Conducting viewings and calling specific parties to chat through their requirement for space.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes i firstly shadowed a lot to gain initial skills. but through out my placement i have had more and more responsibility handed to me, such as being put in front of clients, meeting specific deadlines.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Company couture at Savills is fantastic, there are many events to get involved in, many campaigns and speeding awareness e.g. prime month was great there were serval activities put on such as teams talks, 5k rainbow laces run, and so much more promotion over savills networks. the atmosphere is empowering.
