Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Undertook a valuation for a portfolio of properties. This included:
Inspections of the site, being a part of the due diligence process, ringing agents for rental comps, and helping with the valuation and modelling process.

Yes. I had a range of tasks given to me and gained skills in numerous areas.
