As an active member of the team, I felt included and was able to contribute to making real-world changes on actual projects. Over the four weeks, I also attended insightful seminars led by the HR team, which provided a comprehensive understanding of all the service lines offered by Savills.

Lots, but not too much. I was trusted to perform real world jobs that have made tangible impacts to the team. I have published blog posts and completed sections of reports that have been sent to clients

I developed a holistic understanding of different sections of the business. I have furthered my networking skills through the opportunity to meet with lots of different people throughout the business.

I received lots of guidance and everyone was very approachable. I consequently felt I could go and speak with people in other departments and went for coffee with people in 3 different teams so I could receive guidance regarding my career choices. The support extended outside of the office and I was involved in charity events such as a team 5km and other social activities, making me feel part of the team.

Very friendly, everyone was approachable making speaking to people across all departments easy. Ranging from meeting people through messaging them on teams, in meetings or around the building. This made Margaret Street a very friendly atmosphere to work in and made me feel part of the team from the onset.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which helped me decide on the graduate scheme I want to pursue. Additionally, it allowed me to network across the business and make new friends from my own team and others.
