Day 2: Personal Impact with speakers, Wellbeing, Client Excellence, Mini Careers Fair

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was very informative as we heard from several WTW colleagues in different lines of businesses and were given the opportunity to ask any questions we had.

Gained a better insight into what the day-to-day involves for different lines of business in WTW.
The Problem Solving session was a learning modules from which I developed a better understanding of how to approach difficult problems using Root Cause Analysis(RCA).

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I thoroughly enjoyed the insight program as I gained a lot of knowledge about the industry and was able to network and work on tasks with other driven individuals seeking a career in the industry.
