I was given hightened responsibilities for an intern, aiding in the management of critical data to influence operational decisions. I was trusted to lead meetings and make decisions for senior project managers when they were unavailable for major aircraft programmes.

Yes I have learnt many new skills as my role allows me an overview of the entire manufacturing process cradle to grave. My business management and manufacturing engineering knowledge have been increased through observation and my project planning and execution skills have been improved through practice. My soft skills have also benefitted as I have lead many meetings and presented to senior stakeholders

I received all the support and guidance I needed adn I could have asked for more if I had wanted to.

Everyone is extremely friendly which means that you could speak to anyone with the confidence that they would not become irritated or brush you off. This respect was replicated by everyone and made for a very nice working environment,
