Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Increased responsibility as I progressed through the placement. I had a very good and understanding manager who helped me push and stretch my ability to grow and develop.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Developed knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing as well as use of Microsoft's Power Platform. Had many opportunities to develop soft skills through ERGs and going beyond the expected.

Varied amounts depending on how much support I needed. It is there if needed but I was quite independent so was able to complete most tasks quite independently.

What advice would you give to others applying to GSK
Ensure to prepare a lot before the interview. Be yourself when answering questions to ensure you are the right fit. Ensure you are prepared to answer questions about yourself, the company, and the role. Do research about pharmaceutical manufacturing beforehand to give yourself an advantage.
