After passing the interview, here is what this 2-day experience offered:
Designed to support diverse undergraduate talent. This experience provided me with essential skills and insights for future success, boosted my confidence, and highlighted WTW's inclusive culture.
I look forward to potential summer internships and continued support from WTW as I advance in my career.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was an eye-opener and nice to know that the Graduate worls does still have possibilities for structure and support rather than just going into a strict, traditional job instantly.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I enjoyed it quite a bit and for our well being break we were sent £15 deliveroo vouchers each day so we could treat ourselves to some food to fuel and recharge.
