The "2024 Level Up with WTW Insight Programme" is a two-day event featuring interactive sessions on personal branding, networking, inclusive leadership, problem-solving, and client excellence. Participants engage in keynotes, learning modules, and social activities to build skills and connections. The program also includes insights into WTW’s commitment to diversity and mental wellbeing, plus a mini careers fair for exposure to various business lines.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Understanding the business and potential roles at WTW was enlightening and informative. The program provided a comprehensive overview of WTW's operations, values, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. The mini careers fair and panel discussions with colleagues from different lines of business offered valuable insights into various career paths, helping me identify areas of interest and potential roles that align with my skills and aspirations. This exposure clarified potential career opportunities and the support available for professional growth at WTW.

I developed several new skills and enhanced existing ones. The sessions on personal branding and networking helped refine my communication and relationship-building skills.
