Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role involves working towards improving equity, diversity and inclusion within Airbus. Also, working on the range of different recruitment processes such as early careers and experienced hires. Day to day, I was helping to support the recruitment team and managing job roles to hire for.

Not too much responsibility but there were some occasions in which I had a lot of responsibility.
