Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Supporting the Medical Affairs team with respiratory assets, day-to-day this varies.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

This was really good- I was given responsibility once I was able to manage the particular task, but was given advice and training as needed and never left by myself if I was unsure. Help was always available, but enjoyed being responsible for tasks.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

Have developed lots of new skills, gaining an awareness of corporate working and communication has been really useful. I also have gained lots of technical skills that will be useful beyond my placement. My confidence in general has increased significantly.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

I really liked the company culture and atmosphere. It was very friendly, and everyone was always happy to speak and share their experiences to help me. Everyone was very welcoming, and this encouraged me to participate without fear of getting things wrong at the beginning
