Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I analyse stock levels and identify any areas that are at risk of going out of stock. I then liase with the factory to align on any improvements in productions going foward. I am the main contact to the customer experience team regarding any supply related queries.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I've been given a large amount of responsibility during my placement and this only increased as I began to develop further.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

I have improved my Excel skills as I use Excel on a daily basis. I have also improved my confidence and communication skills through presenting in meetings. One more skill to mention that I also developed during my placement is teamword and leadership skills. This was through being a part of a number of large projects.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture and general atmosphere was really inclusive. The managers have definetely created a space where there is no such thing as a silly question. There's also plenty of extra curricular things to get involved in too.
