Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Day to day role includes time management of multiple different design projects, setting up calls to review the progression of projects.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
From the off go I was given the opportunity to lead and run my own projects which where assigned to me. Propose creative solutions to problems and suggest the best practise to people who need our creative help.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Developed an extensive knowledge in the whole of the Adobe Creative Cloud, and completed multiple LinkedIn courses which have been beneficial to my placement. Developed time management and communication with clients in projects.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
A lot of support was received during the placement especially from my manager and my team. We where all assigned buddies when we started which was so useful to have a friendly face to ask upon if I had any questions about anything.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company culture was really nice. Lots of extra teams and groups to join to meet new people. End of summer parties and Christmas dinner was a lovely addition!

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
Really enjoyed my placement, learnt a lot of stuff both personally and professionally, about how business works, managing projects, coping with timescales. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a placement.
